OFAC revises Sudan Regulations
1 November 2007

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published revisions to the existing Sudanese Sanctions Regulations. Compliance officers at financial institutions whose clients are conducting humanitarian operations in the Sudan, or trade with, or have direct or indirect business with Sudanese clients should review it forthwith. The link to the relevant Federal Register pages that appear on the OFAC website appears below for ready reference.
