The Office of Financial Assets Control, or OFAC, has listed fifteen senior commanders of the terrorist organisation, the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC, as Foreign Narcotics Kingpins. All these individuals have been under indictment since 2006, in US District Court for the District of Columbia, for narcotics trafficking. Designation as a Foreign Narcotics Kingpin blocks any assets of the individual found within American jurisdiction, and prohibits US persons and entities from conducting any financial or commercial transactions with them.
