The "Merchant of Death," international weapons trafficker Viktor Bout, who was arrested in Thailand, and awaits extradition to the United States, has been indicted upon multiple weapons charges. Bout made the mistake of attempting to sell weapons to the FARC to be used to kill US military forces in Colombia, and was dealing with three 'Confidential Informants' working for American law enforcement.
