The Office of Foreign Assets Control, OFAC, has listed a number of individuals as Specially Designated Narcotics Trafficking Kingpins. The countries they are from are Mexico, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Italy and Turkey. Also designated were three criminal organisations, including the previously listed Foreign Terrorist Organisation and Specially Designated Global Terrorist group, the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
- Marcos Arturo Beltran Leyva, Sinaloa Cartel [World-Check UID 250411]
- Hermagoras Gonzalez Polanco, Guajira Cartel/Cartel del Sol [World-Check UID 246901]
- Haji Asad Khan Zarkari Mohammadhasnim, Afghanistan [World-Check UID 880039]
- Cumhur Yakut, Turkey [World-Check UID 88040]
