Where was arrested money launderer headed?

The Arizona Department of Public Safety officer, who stopped a 2008 Cadillac outside of Flagstaff, when its driver committed a moving violation, found a nervous individual, Randy Robert Durham, age 32, who refused to allow his vehicle to be searched. A police dog dispatched to the scene found $602,473 in cash. The driver claimed to be heading from Atlanta to Las Vegas, but he reportedly made a number of contradictory statements. Who is he?
These questions need answers:
He was charged with money laundering under Arizona state law. We shall be watching this case to unravel the mystery.
- Though at first blush he might appear to be nothing more than a transporter for a drug organisation, what transporter would (1) drive a brand-new car, and (2) fail to signal a change of lane, a traffic violation that is a tried-and-true pretext for a traffic stop by law enforcement?
- Why was he proceeding (as he claimed) to Las Vegas with probable drug profits? Perhaps to deliver payment for a consignment of narcotics to his seller.
- Durham is from Spokane, Washington. Isn't he a bit out of his territory for a drug dealer paying off a debt?
- What experienced criminal is visibly nervous at a routine traffic stop?
He was charged with money laundering under Arizona state law. We shall be watching this case to unravel the mystery.
