In 2006 Sibos will be held in Sydney Australia from 9-13 October. The Sibos 2006 theme “Raising ambitions” invites the global financial community to set the agenda for the future. It also calls for decisions on how to tackle current issues efficiently.

The conference programme is organised with special focus on Asia-Pacific during Tuesday, and has special interest for corporate topics on Wednesday.

The conference features three plenary sessions, the opening on Monday, the ‘Raising ambitions’ plenary on Tuesday with clear focus on the hosting Asia-Pacific region, and the closing plenary on Thursday afternoon.

There will be eight industry sessions, lasting 90 minutes and covering global or cross-industry topics.

Eighteen focus sessions of 60 minutes will cover progress, particular issues or new opportunities in specific market segments or solution areas.
